City traffic ordinances and state laws shall apply to the operation of snowmobiles, recreational vehicles, and ATVs upon all streets, if permitted by this chapter to operate on public streets within the city limits. In addition, no snowmobile, recreational vehicle, or ATV shall enter any uncontrolled intersection without making a complete stop. The operator shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles or pedestrians at the intersection or so close as to constitute a hazard. All streets shall be crossed at an angle of approximately 90 degrees to the direction of the street. If more than one snowmobile is traveling in the same direction, they shall travel in a single file.
