§ 72.03 OWNER RESPONSIBLE.
   It is unlawful for the owner of a snowmobile, recreational vehicle, or all-terrain vehicle to knowingly permit the snowmobile, recreational vehicle, or all-terrain vehicle to be operated in any manner contrary to any provisions of this chapter.
