§ 72.01 INTENT.
   It is the intent of this chapter to supplement M.S. §§ 84.81 through 84.928, and M.S. Chapter 169, with respect to the operation of snowmobiles, ATVs, and recreational vehicles. Such statutes are incorporated in this chapter by reference. This chapter is not intended to allow what the state statutes prohibit.
