§ 152.009 ESSENTIAL SERVICES.
   Privately-owned and operated essential services (cable, electric, gas, telephone, and the like) are subject to the provisions of this chapter, unless specifically exempted by a provision of this chapter. These essential services are also subject to other ordinances of the City of Mayer as applicable.
