§ 153.07 REVOCATION.
   Excavation permits may be revoked upon violation of any conditions of the permit provided herein or established by the Council. The revocation shall be effective immediately upon written notice of the same by the Council to the permittee. Upon written demand the permittee may have a hearing before the Council at its next available meeting.
