§ 153.01 EXCAVATION PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No person, firm or corporation shall move, remove, store, place, or excavate rock, sand, dirt, gravel, clay or other like material (hereinafter EXCAVATION or EXCAVATE) within the city unless such person, firm or corporation shall first have obtained an excavation permit authorizing the same and complied with all of the terms of this code.
