The following uses are classified as:
(A) Sexually oriented uses, accessory.
(1) Comprise no more than 10% of the floor area of the establishment in which it is located;
(2) Comprise no more than 20% of the gross receipts of the entire business operation;
(3) Not involving or including any activity except the sale or rental of merchandise.
(B) Sexually oriented uses, principal.
(1) Body painting studio;
(2) Bookstore;
(3) Cabaret;
(4) Companionship establishment;
(5) Conversation/rap parlor;
(6) Health/sport club;
(7) Hotel or motel;
(8) Massage parlor, health club;
(9) Mini-motion picture theater;
(10) Modeling studio;
(11) Motion picture arcade;
(12) Motion picture theater;
(13) Novelty business;
(14) Sauna;
(15) Steam room/bath house facility.
