§ 92.34 RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR INSPECTIONS.
   The animal control officer or city administrator’s designee may enter and inspect any property or accessory building for the keeping of chickens at any reasonable time for the purpose of investigating an actual or suspected violation to ascertain compliance or noncompliance with this section.
