§ 92.33 DURATION OF LICENSE AND FEE.
   (A)   Each license issued under this subchapter shall expire on December 31 in the year of issuance unless sooner revoked. A license shall be renewed annually to continue the limited keeping of chickens.
   (B)   The annual fee for a license shall be in such amount as set forth in the City fee Ordinance, which shall be paid at the time of the making of the application.
