The driver of any vehicle, which becomes disabled when traveling on any street or alley such that it is impossible to avoid stopping and temporarily leaving the vehicle on the street or alley, shall move the vehicle as close to the curb or edge of the roadway as may be done. If the vehicle cannot be immediately moved or towed away, the driver shall immediately report the disability to the law enforcement agency providing police protection to the city.
