The Council may from time to time, by motion adopted by a majority vote, designate certain streets or portions thereof as “NO PARKING” zones or as limited parking zones as to period of time and purpose, such as snow removal and otherwise, and direct the Street Commissioner to act accordingly to place proper signs thereon and/or appropriately paint the curbs thereby to indicate their character.
