§ 56.03 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AREA CHARGES. Charges for the use and availability of the sanitary sewer system, stormwater system and water system.
   DEVELOPABLE ACRES. The gross platted area except for outlots, unmitigated wetlands and stormwater detention or ponding areas.
