(A) The customer shall provide and maintain, at the customer's expense, preliminary treatment facilities as may be necessary to bring the customer's discharge within the limits specified in § 53.02 (E). Plans, specifications and other pertinent information relating to proposed preliminary treatment facilities shall be submitted by the customer to the City Engineer for approval.
(B) Preliminary treatment facilities shall also meet all applicable federal and state requirements.
