If within ten days after receipt of notice as provided in § 94.05, the owner or occupant of the premises on which a nuisance is located shall give written permission to an authorized representative of the city as provided in § 94.04 for removal of the junked motor vehicle from the premises, the giving of such permission shall be considered compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
