§ 93.07 STAGNANT WATER, RUBBISH, WEEDS AND THE LIKE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or corporation or other business entity owning or occupying any real property inside the corporate limits of the city, to allow stagnant water to stand on the property or any part thereof; to fail to clean any house, building, establishment lot, yard or ground within the city limits, from filth, carrion or any other impure or unwholesome matter of any kind; to fail to keep any lot or lots within the said city free from weeds, rubbish, brush, non-aesthetic trees and any other objectionable, unsightly or unsanitary matter of whatever nature; or to allow to remain on property within the corporate limits of the city, any dilapidated building, whether used or occupied or not, which is or could be a fire hazard. All of such conditions are hereby deemed to be nuisances per se.
