§ 90.10 LIVESTOCK AND FOWL.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep any swine, goats, sheep or poultry under conditions which are unsanitary odorous and/or which constitute a nuisance, either public or private within the city limits.
   (B)   Students shall comply with all provisions of this chapter, unless otherwise exempt.
