(A) Parking on the right-of-way on Highway 67 and Highway 8 is prohibited in the city, except as follows:
(1) When an emergency exists; and
(2) For not more than one hour in the immediate vicinity of a business establishment. Vehicles will be parked so as not to interfere with the traffic flow in the area and provide a clear view for at least 200 feet in each direction of a highway as provided in Tex. Transportation Code § 545.301(3).
(B) The State Department of Highways and Public Transportation is authorized to erect signs indicating the no parking zones herein designated.
(C) Any person violating any provision of this schedule shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.
