SCHEDULE II. OVERNIGHT PARKING.
   (A)   Overnight parking for storage on any residential street is hereby prohibited. RESIDENTIAL STREET is hereby defined as a roadway in a residentially zoned area owned and maintained by the city for public use. OVERNIGHT PARKING FOR STORAGE is hereby defined as the habitual parking or storing of cars, trucks, tractors, boats, trailers, or other vehicles on streets during the hours from sundown to sunup, except temporarily disabled vehicles which are protected by flares or other approved signal devices. It is not the intention of this section to prohibit or interfere with passenger cars temporarily parked at night, where such parking is not done regularly and during the entire night.
   (B)   Property owners or residents may be eligible for a temporary exemption due to major holidays or family events.
   (C)   Any person violating any provision of this schedule shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.
