§ 111.07 EXEMPTION FROM PERMIT FEES.
   The permit fees shall not be required of charitable solicitations, ordinary commercial travelers who sell or exhibit for sale goods, wares, or merchandise to persons selling and dealing in the same within the city, or individuals who file a statement with the City Secretary’s office indicating their indigent status.
