§ 114.05 STATE LAW.
   (A)   The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code is incorporated with this chapter.
   (B)   A violation of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code is a violation of this chapter.
   (C)   If any section of this chapter is in direct conflict with any provision of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, the applicable provision of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code shall govern.
