§ 114.03 LOCATION OF PLACE OF BUSINESS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person or business to sell beer in areas of the city zoned for residential use.
   (B)   Regulations of this section are adopted by the City Council, acting in its capacity as the governing body of the city, pursuant to the Tex, Alcoholic Beverage Code § 109.32.
