§ 34.02 TRAFFIC TICKET; CHARGE.
   The city hereby levies a charge of $10 on any traffic ticket issued in City Court that is dismissed upon a defensive driving certificate. The above fee is to cover court costs for handling the case and is effective beginning September 1, 1987.
