§ 32.08 FUNDING.
   (A)   The city may, through the annual fiscal year budget, provide funding to assist in maintaining operations of the Volunteer Fire Department as needed and approved by the City Council.
   (B)   Evaluation of needed funds shall be prepared by the Fire Chief and presented to the Mayor each year at budget preparation time.
