§ 32.07 CONTRIBUTIONS TO FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The Fire Chief has the authority to accept contributions to the Volunteer Fire Department. Such contributions shall be used for Volunteer Fire Department purposes. All contributions shall be made of record and such records made available to the Mayor or City Council upon request.
   (B)   Any contribution of firefighting equipment or contributions of personal or real property to the Volunteer Fire Department shall become the property of the city.
