§ 32.05 DUTIES OF SECRETARY.
   It shall be the duty of the Secretary of the Volunteer Fire Department to keep a Fire Department register, showing the names of, appointment, and time of service of the officers and members of the Volunteer Fire Department and giving the names of new members and those deceased, resigned, suspended or expelled members. The Secretary shall act as recorder for all business meetings of the Volunteer Fire Department and shall perform such other duties as the Chief may direct.
