§ 32.03 FILLING OF VACANCIES IN OFFICES.
   When any vacancy shall occur by death, removal or otherwise in the office of Chief, Assistant Fire Chief, Captain, First Lieutenant or Secretary/ Treasurer the vacancy shall be filled by appointment by the City Council at the next regular City Council meeting.
