The City Council provides its wholehearted support to the establishment of an enhanced 9-1-1 Emergency Telephone Number and the implementation of the 9-1-1 fee and surcharge in the city, and chooses to participate in the 9-1-1 Regional Plan, in accordance with Tex. Health and Safety Code §§ 771.007 et seq.
