§ 153.25 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AGENT. Any person authorized by the licensee of a mobile home, manufactured home or trailer park to operate or maintain such park under the provisions of this subchapter.
   CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. The legally designated authority of the city or his or her authorized representative responsible for enforcement of building and other codes within the city.
   DRIVEWAY. A minor private way used by vehicles and pedestrians on a mobile home, manufactured home or travel trailer stand or used for common access to a small group of stands or facilities.
   LICENSE. A written license issued by the City Secretary allowing a person to operate and maintain a manufactured home or travel trailer park under the provisions of this section, and regulations issued hereunder.
   LICENSEE. Any person licensed to operate and maintain a manufactured home or trailer park under the provisions of this section.
   MANUFACTURED HOME PARK. A unified development of manufactured home spaces for lease arranged on a tract or site under single ownership, and designed to accommodate more than two manufactured homes, travel trailers and/or recreational vehicles on a permanent and/or temporary basis.
   MANUFACTURED HOME SUBDIVISION. A unified development of mobile homes and manufactured homes sited on lots platted for such purpose, which lots may be sold to the owners of manufactured homes situated thereon, meeting the area and yard requirements of Chapter 155 and designed to accommodate manufactured homes on a permanent basis.
   PERMIT. A written permit of certification issued by the City Secretary permitting the construction, alteration or extension of a manufactured home or travel trailer park under the provisions of this section and regulations issued hereunder.
   PICKUP COACH. A structure designed to be mounted on a pickup or truck chassis with sufficient equipment to render it suitable for use as temporary dwelling for travel, recreational and vacation uses.
   SERVICE BUILDING. A structure housing toilet lavatory and such other facilities as may be required by this section.
   SEWER CONNECTION. The connection consisting of all pipes, fittings and appurtenances from the drain outlet of a manufactured home or travel trailer to the inlet of the corresponding sewer riser pipe of the sewage system serving the manufactured home or travel trailer park.
   SEWER RISER PIPE. That portion of a sewer lateral which extends vertically to the ground elevation and terminates at a manufactured home or travel trailer space.
   SPACE. A plot of ground within a manufactured home or travel trailer park designed for the pumping of said septic tank and manmade by-products and fecal materials.
   TRAVEL TRAILER. A vehicular portable structure built on a chassis, designed to be used as a temporary dwelling, to be towed behind a motor vehicle, being either of a gross weight of not more than 4,500 pounds or an overall length of not more than 28 feet.
   TRAVEL TRAILER PARK. Any premises on which one or more pickup coaches or travel trailers are parked or situated and used for the purpose of supplying to the public a parking space for one or more such coaches or trailers.
   WATER CONNECTIONS. The connection consisting of all pipes, fittings and appurtenances from the water riser pipe to the water inlet pipe of the distribution system within a manufactured home or travel trailer.
   WATER RISER PIPE. The portion of the water supply system serving a manufactured home or travel trailer park which extends vertically to the ground elevation and terminates at a designated point at a manufactured home or travel trailer space.
   ZONING ORDINANCE. The comprehensive zoning ordinance of the city, codified as Chapter 155.
