(A)
This chapter does not make unlawful any manufactured home already in place and complying with all laws when this chapter becomes effective.
(B) However, after the effective date of this chapter, if any nonconforming manufactured home is removed from its location, the following shall apply:
(1) It shall not be allowed to relocate within the city limits of the city without prior approval from the City Council or Mayor as authorized by the City Council; and
(2) All provisions of this chapter shall apply.
