No manufactured home shall be permitted within the city limits of the city lest it is to replace an existing like home with a new or newer like home, or is otherwise expressly approved by the City Council. Any such manufactured home shall also meet all other requirements under all state law, city ordinances, and city code. Additionally, any such manufactured home must not be older that eight years as provided by the model year.
