§ 132.99 PENALTY.
   Prevailing community standards as reflected by this chapter require the availability of criminal penalties in order for this chapter to be a viable instrument for the maintenance of such standards. Consequently, violation of this chapter by a juvenile, parent or business establishment owner or operator shall be deemed a misdemeanor punishable in accordance with the general laws of the state for municipal courts and shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500 for each offense. Each day constitutes a separate violation and shall constitute a separate offense.
