§ 131.03 TRANSPORT AND POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN A PUBLIC PLACE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to transport, carry, possess or have any alcoholic beverage in or upon any public place, except in the original package and with the seal unbroken.
