§ 90.21 DOGS AND CATS AT LARGE.

It shall be unlawful for the owner or keeper of a dog or cat to permit the same to run at large upon any street, alley or public place within the city. Any dog or cat found so running at large shall be impounded and disposed of as hereinafter provided.
