(A) The Village Administrator or their designee shall serve as staff coordinator to the Commission and serve, when necessary, as Chairperson Pro-Tem. The village may provide a secretary to take minutes and handle communications.
(B) The Commission shall meet monthly on the second of every month at 7:00 p.m., with provision for additional special meetings as necessary to fulfill the mission and charges set forth by the Board of Trustees. The Commission may appoint sub-committees from its members to perform functions and study particular issues.
