Upon the expiration of any license, closure of the business receiving the license, or the revocation by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner or the State Liquor Control Commission of any such license authorized by §§ 111.36 through 111.47 hereof, such license shall no longer be available and the number of licenses for such class authorized in §§ 111.36 through 111.47 hereof shall be automatically reduced to reflect the non-availability of such license.
