§ 111.49 CLASS "J-V" LICENSE.
   (A)   Class "J-V" license shall authorize the sale of beer and wine by the drink for consumption on the premises, as an incidental part of a grocery store that has a minimum gross area of 50,000 square feet.
   (B)   The point of sale of wine and beer by the drink for consumption on the premises shall be limited to no more than one distinct indoor location within the premises. All locations must submit a site plan, along with a copy of the licensee's state video gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board to the Liquor Commissioner.
   (C)   For holders of Class "J-V" license, it shall be unlawful to sell alcoholic liquor before 11:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m. daily and before noon or after 10:00 p.m. on Sunday.
   (D)   The on-premises consumption of beer and wine by the drink is not permitted throughout the retail floor area of the premises.
   (E)   The annual fee for the J-V license shall be $3,000 payable annually in advance, in addition to the license fee for a "J" license.
