Where it is proposed to alter ground elevations more than three feet, proposed as well as existing contours shall be shown on the contour map for approval by the Village Engineer. Top soil removed during the course of grading or construction shall be redistributed evenly to a depth of at least four inches. All exposed areas shall be reseeded or sodded to prevent erosion. Seeding and sodding shall conform to the specifications as set forth in § 154.096(F).
