(A) Within seven days of receiving the approved final plat from the Village President and the recording fee from the subdivider, the Village Clerk shall submit the plat to the County Recorder for recording, and the final plat shall become the property of the county.
(B) Recording of the final plat authorizes the issuance of building permits, but does not constitute acceptance of proffered or required dedications.
