§ 153.16 EXCEPTIONS TO REQUIREMENT OF SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT.
   A permit shall not be required for any of the following reasons:
   (A)   Development of a site of less than five acres for residential use, or of less than two and one-half acres for commercial or industrial use, provided that the person responsible for any such development shall submit in writing to the Director of Community Development for his or her, and the Village Engineer’s, review and approval, the necessary erosion and sedimentation control measures to satisfy the principles set forth in § 153.03;
   (B)   Excavation below final grade for the basement and footings of a single-family residence and appurtenant structures on a site in excess of five acres for which a building permit has been issued by the village;
   (C)   Agricultural use of land, including the implementation of conservation measures included in a farm conservation plan approved by the soil and Water Conservation District, and including the construction of agricultural structures; and
   (D)   Installation, renovation or replacement of a septic system to serve an existing dwelling or structure.
