§ 138.09 PUBLIC MORALS NUISANCE VIOLATIONS; ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION.
   Any person issued a notice of violation by the village for violation of any provision of this chapter may request an administrative hearing in accordance with Chapter 38 of the municipal code of the village.
