Any person who performs any of the following acts shall be guilty of a violation of this section:
(A) Solicits another for the purpose of prostitution;
(B) Arranges to meet a prostitute, or offers to arrange a meeting with a prostitute; or
(C) Directs another to a place knowing such direction is for the purpose of prostitution.
