§ 138.01 SHORT TITLE; PURPOSE.
   This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Public Morals Nuisance Violation Ordinance”. The intent of this chapter is to abate prostitution and the demand for prostitution by increasing fines for those individuals involved in prostitution as well as those individuals patronizing persons in prostitution.
