(A) The following sections of the Criminal Code of 1961, as amended, (720 ILCS 5/1-1 et seq.) are hereby adopted by reference as ordinance violations of the village:
(1) Assault, 720 ILCS 5/12-1(a);
(2) Battery, 720 ILCS 5/12-3(a);
(3) Criminal trespass to vehicles, 720 ILCS 5/21-2;
(4) Theft, 720 ILCS 5/16-1(a);
(5) Contributing to the criminal delinquency of a juvenile, 720 ILCS 5/12C-30(a);
(6) Criminal defacement of property, 720 ILCS 5/21-1.3(a);
(7) Harassment by telephone, 720 ILCS 5/26.5-0.1 et seq.;
(8) Retail theft, 720 ILCS 5/16-25;
(9) Theft of labor or services, 720 ILCS 5/16-3(a) and 720 ILCS 5/16-3(b);
(10) Attempt, 720 ILCS 5/8-4; and
(11) Possession of stolen property, 720 ILCS 5/16-1(a)(4).
(B) Citation of the local ordinance violation shall be to Chapter 138 with the same section number as cited in the Criminal Code of 1961, 720 ILCS 5, as amended, in division (A) above.
