§ 117.04 LICENSE FEE; EXEMPTION FROM FEE.
   (A)   The fee for a license required hereunder shall be $10 per day.
   (B)   The daily license fee required by division (A) above shall not apply to any business whose principal operation is licensed by the village to allow the use of amplifiers and loudspeakers in the normal conduct of the business.
