§ 116.21 CONDITIONAL PERMIT, LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE.
   (A)   When structural, plumbing, electrical, ventilation or similar such defects exist in an established food facility that may require significant expenditures to correct, but are not considered to be imminent health hazards, a conditional permit, license or certificate may be granted at the discretion of the village. Under no circumstance will a conditional permit, license or certificate be issued for more than two consecutive 12-month periods.
   (B)   The purpose of the conditional license or permit is to allow a reasonable period of time for correction of existing defects.
