The annual fee for a license to operate as a scavenger is $150 for operators not under contract with the inhabitant of any dwelling unit, property owner or business located within village boundaries and $1,000 for any scavenger under contract with any inhabitant of a dwelling unit, property owner or business within village boundaries or governmental unit or agency.
