§ 115.28 FEE FOR CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.
   Before a certificate of registration shall be issued to any applicant, he or she shall pay to the Village Clerk a fee of $10 for each certificate of registration issued to him or her, and each such certificate of registration shall expire on April 30 after its issuance.
