All notices from the grantee to the village pursuant to any franchise shall be sent to the Mayor’s office, with a copy to the chief administrative officer. The grantee shall maintain with the village, throughout the term of the franchise, an address for service of notices by mail. The grantee shall maintain a central office to address any issues relating to operating under this cable television subchapter.
