(A) Class "J" license shall authorize the retail sale of package alcoholic liquor for consumption off the premises as an incidental part of a grocery store that has a minimum gross floor area of 50,000 square feet.
(B) Alcoholic liquor sold in original packages and for off-premises consumption shall not be opened or consumed on the premises.
(C) For holders of Class "J" license, it shall be unlawful to sell alcoholic liquor before 9:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
(D) The annual fee for the license shall be $4,000 payable annually in advance.
