§ 97.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DIRECTOR. The Director of Recreational Programs of the municipality.
   PARK SYSTEM. The park and recreation areas of the municipality.
